Chief Administrative Officer
Melissa Jones serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for West Point Engineers, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience across Office Management, Accounting, Sales, and Marketing. In this role, she oversees all daily business operations, financial management, contract administration, and company-wide Human Resources, providing strategic support to West Point Engineers’ locations nationwide.
Melissa is instrumental in driving organizational efficiency, implementing scalable internal processes, and supporting long-term growth initiatives. She manages complex financial workflows, including budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, invoicing, and compliance across multiple federal contracts and engineering disciplines. Her ability to bridge operational, financial, and administrative functions makes her a central force in strengthening the firm’s infrastructure and advancing its strategic vision.
In addition to her corporate leadership, Melissa is an entrepreneur who owns and operates a growing apartment rental business, overseeing property management, tenant relations, budgeting, renovations, and long-term investment planning.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Melissa enjoys spending her personal time with family and friends, embracing the relationships and community that ground her work and life.
