Justin Myszka

Born and raised in northern Wisconsin, Justin is a highly driven professional with a passion for cross functional leadership, project/program management, contract management, and strategic business development. Justin graduated with honors in Information Technology from the United States Military Academy (USMA) in 2015 and will achieve his Master’s in Business Administration from Arizona State University in December of 2023.

With a strong background in the military including command, Justin has extensive experience as an Army officer, leading large multi-discipline projects and systems and administering multi-million-dollar contracts. Post-military, Justin transitioned to the executive level, excelling in roles encompassing HR, operations, business development, management, and overall growth.

Throughout his career, Justin has amassed a wealth of expertise in information systems, leadership, operations management, contract management, and strategic growth. He holds multiple agile certifications and proposal management/operations certificates.

Justin’s foundations lie in conducting project/program management for operational processes, IT systems, federal construction, engineering/design, and healthcare along with contract administration and management for the entire lifecycle. He is passionate about building and resourcing high-performing teams, driving strategy, and strengthening operations through policy, compliance, vision, and strategic planning.
