Jim Shoff, Senior Project Manager, West Point Engineers, possesses a strong management background facilitating technology/engineering projects in array of environments to include end customers such as The Federal Aviation Administration, United States Air Force (USAF), US Courts, Defense Finance and Accounting Service, Boeing, The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to name a few. Solutions he’s managed include incorporating various complex solutions while enhancing the overall customer experience. Prior to joining West Point Engineers, Jim ran a building design/contracting firm in Colorado and held several senior positions at companies such as TTEC, Adobe Federal, and Oracle. Jim is also a veteran of the USAF as a helicopter pilot, and a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Further education includes UC Berkeley Center for Executive Education – “Art of the Pitch”, and Columbia University Graduate School of Business – “Leading Strategic Growth”.
